  • Dairy
  • Meat

You get the point ;-)

Start by minimizing the items above and similar foods and see what happens.

At the same time start adding healthier and high fiber foods to your diet.

  • All Vegetables
  • Nuts & Seeds (In Moderation)
  • Legumes
  • Rice
  • Oats
  • Rye

It's really that easy. If you're having trouble with constipation then remove the bad foods and add the good foods.

Oh, and don't forget water! Try to drink lots of pure clean water, up to 2-3 liters is good, that is 60-100 ounces each and every day!

It can take awhile for your body and tastebuds to get used to the healthier foods, especially if you've been eating more of the bad kind for awhile.

I know I've had periods where I ate a less than healthy diet, each time I got a reminder from my body telling me that something is wrong and each time I had to switch back to a more healthier and balanced diet.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring, it's easy to think that way.

For example oatmeal can taste great with a bit of cinnamon, honey and berries, maybe even some rice milk! Yumm... :)
