How do I detox myself? That's a question I asked myself many years ago and it led me to start trying everything I could get my hands on!

I remember when I was living in Spain for awhile and hearing about how I could get rid of all my ailments and become healthier than a newborn baby. Well, it didn't quite work out that way.
