What is colon cleansing? I've certainly heard that many times! It refers to cleaning your colon of old fecal matter, toxins and other nasty things that have decided to take residence in your colon.

Yep, that's right, you have bad stuff in your colon and this is why many believe that colon cleansing is beneficial.

The food we eat causes our body to suffer and do weird things, to remedy this we have to cleanse our insides to help our body.
