Oxy Powder Colon Cleanser: Day 3

I'm still alive!

And I'm feeling better!

I still have a sore throat, but I've found relief in a recipe that goes something like this:

  1. Warm water
  2. Raw unheated honey
  3. A touch of lemon

In general I don't have much to say about Day 3, I've just been taking it easy with light meals to let my body rest.

Here's a rundown of what I've eaten today:

  • Breakfast: Bananas
  • Lunch: Salad with cabbage, carrot, zucchini and a dressing made up of lemon, honey, and parsley.
  • Dinner: Brown rice with fresh pineapples
  • Late Snack: More fruits with tomatoes and a bit of cucumber.

Very light meals as you can see. I am also feeling less tired today and I've felt better overall the whole day.

My stomach has been working perfectly the whole day, I didn't have to run to the toilet in the middle of the night and not even when I woke up.

It took awhile for my stomach to get going, but once I ate those bananas for breakfast I had a solid bowel movement.

All in all I've had four big, soft bowel movements today. Normally I never have these kind of bowel movements, my regular would be one bowel movement a day.

I am a bit surprised that this is working as well as it is. It will be interesting to see if it gets better!
