My Positive Enema History

When I was a very young child I was given gentle warm enemas while lying face down across my mother's towel covered lap. I clearly remember all the sensations - the red bulb syringe, the fragrance of the Ivory soap suds solution, the enamel basin, the repeated insertions of the lubed nozzle, the feeling of fullness, and having my buttocks held together while I waited a few minutes before releasing.

I did not like or dislike the enemas. They were just a fact of life. I only received them to the age of 6. Fifty years elapsed before I had another enema, and that was at my own hand. I now regularly enjoy warm, relaxing enemas. They always leave me with a sense of well-being and energy.
