It isn't as hard as you think

My first enema went a lot smoother than I thought it would. I set the whole thing up in my bathtub so it would be easy to clean up if anything messy happened.

Oh, and I also researched quite a bit and talked to a few experienced friends before doing this, it made me a lot more comfortable learning more things about the whole procedure.

The whole session went without any surprises.

1) I set-up my equipment and place
2) Followed the instructions (you can find them anywhere on the web)
3) Tried to hold it for about 10 minutes
4) Let it out
5) Cleaned my equipment

I hope others can share their experiences as well, mine was a bit short and uneventful, but very beneficial! :)

I really like this website!

Love,
Suzanne

Does holding help?

Does holding it in help?

I thought it might be best to shake around like you do with juice, but then I realized jumping around with something stuck in your bum probably isn't the best idea.

I could just extend the deep breathing meditation style that I already use when filing up.
