    Exercise has helped me take care of bloating, although if you feel extremely bloated you might have trouble with this one, but I bet you could walk slowly and just enjoy all the things around you.

    Probiotics are friendly bacteria that you can take in either supplement form or from foods. They help your body digest and assimilate food.

  4. Digestive Enzymes
    Digestive enzymes have been a life saver for me! They do what they say, digest your food. I recommend you have a digestive enzyme supplement with you if you are planning to eat a lot, they can really help your body handle the stress. You can usually get them at your local health food store.

  5. Mineral Water
    I've always had good luck with drinking mineral water when I feel bloated. It helps me burp out that extra air in my stomach, try it next time!
